FY’24 Wrap up: Power of 10X goals & Partial Successes!

Setting 10X goals has a special power, it catalyzes ‘working backwards’ thinking and leads to massive actions, and eventually partial successes & learnings. FY’24 was our first financial year, where we did collaborative Bplanning, and came out with a goal to grow customer coverage 10X in the FY. Having seen and experienced power of audacious goals/needle moving targets (multiple ways of saying it!) from the likes of Amazon, Google as well as first hand at Snapdeal with Rohit & Kunal, we went ahead with it.

Managing Mn orders/month on our Control Tower platform

Expanded to 2 continents — India & UAE

25 member team, which loves to work hard on interesting problems, celebrates wins, and is looking to create history!
